“赏厚而信,刑重而必”。意思是,奖赏的数额丰厚,但必须有信用;刑罚的规定严厉,但一定要实行。“赏罚不信,则禁令不行”释为,奖罚不守信用,那么禁令就不能得到实施。古人强调奖罚即然规定了就要坚决实施。当今也如此。在一个企业,正确实施奖罚是必不可少的工作。奖与罚既是企业管理的两种手段,也是思想政治工作的两种形式,实施的适当,可以充分调动职工的积极因素,克服消极因素。
