德兴铜矿大山选矿厂设计日处理能力为6万t,所有矿石的输送都由带式输送机承担。带式输送机滚筒轴承的密封主要采用橡胶骨架油封和迷宫密封2种形式。这2种密封形式在粉尘大、泥浆多、连续作业等恶劣工况下,不能阻止粉尘和泥浆进入滚筒轴承内,造成润滑脂被污染而乳化变质。为此,该矿加装了一种简易的带式输送机滚筒轴承防尘、防泥浆装置。 Dexing Copper Mine Dashan concentrator design processing capacity of 60,000 t, all the ore by the conveyor belt conveyor commitment.
