武汉冶金建设公司工业安装公司去年承担了一项外部煤气管道的敷设工程。管道的总长达6公里多,管径0.8～2.2米,布置形式分单管、上下管、平管等三种,均系高空架设。管线有6万多平方米面积的刷油任务,必须在短期内完成,工期十分紧迫。如果仍然采用过去惯用的楠竹满堂脚手法来搭设工作台,是不行的。经多次研究,最后采用了由赵文礼同志提出的走线吊篮法(图7),效果良好,既保证了工期,又节约了两千五百多个工日和两万八千多元资金。
The Wuhan Metallurgical Construction Company’s industrial installation company last year undertook the laying of an external gas pipeline. Pipeline tasks of brushing oil with an area of more than 60,000 square meters must be completed within a short period of time. The duration is very urgent. After many studies, the method of using the hanging basket proposed by Comrade Zhao Wenli (Figure 7) was adopted in the end, and the results were good. It not only ensured the construction period, but also saved more than 2,500 working days and more than 28,000 yuan in funds. .
