氰化物是剧毒物质,列为水中重要的测定项目之一。微量氰化物测定,多采用比色法,目前广泛使用的是基于柯氏合成反应制订的分析方法,这类方法具有选择性好、灵敏度高的特点。但都使用具有恶臭的吡啶试剂,对人体有害且稳定性也差,很不受人们的欢迎。多年来不少分析工作者提出了许多改进方法,其中石井惠一郎提出用异菸酸代替吡啶试剂受到人们的重视。但方法的稳定性与灵敏度都较差。后经渡辺章改进,灵敏度有所提高。我们在此工作基础上进一步探讨了反应条件,拟定了分析方法,并用于地表水中微量氰化物的测定。
Cyanide is a highly toxic substance and is listed as one of the most important measurement items in water. Trace cyanide determination, the use of colorimetric method, the widely used is based on the Korsch synthesis reaction developed analytical methods, such methods have good selectivity, high sensitivity. But all use the malodorous pyridine reagent, which is harmful to humans and poor in stability, so it is very unpopular. Over the years many analysts put forward many improvements, including Shihiro Ishii proposed isonicotinic acid instead of pyridine reagents by people’s attention. However, the stability and sensitivity of the method are poor. After the transitional chapter improved, the sensitivity has increased. Based on this work, we further explored the reaction conditions, developed the analytical method, and used the determination of trace cyanide in surface water.
