目的为减少全喉切除术后咽瘘发病率和正确合理地治疗咽瘘。方法对１９８１～１９９６年收治的１８例全喉切除术后咽瘘患者作了分析。结果全喉切除术后咽瘘发生率为６．１％。结论术前超剂量放疗、大范围手术切除、全身情况的影响、局部感染等是导致咽瘘的成因，而且非单一因素所致。局部治疗是处理咽瘘的关键，要因咽瘘病期和因人而异。预防咽瘘形成与治疗咽瘘是同等重要的。
The purpose is to reduce the incidence of pharyngeal fistula after total laryngectomy and correct and reasonable treatment of pharyngeal fistula. Methods 18 cases of pharyngeal fistula after total laryngectomy admitted from 1981 to 1996 were analyzed. Results The incidence of pharyngeal fistula after total laryngectomy was 6.1%. Conclusion Preoperative overdose radiotherapy, a wide range of surgical resection, the impact of systemic conditions, local infection is the cause of pharyngeal fistula, but not caused by a single factor. Local treatment is the key to dealing with pharyngeal fistula, due to pharyngeal fistula stage and vary. Prevention of pharyngeal fistula formation and treatment of pharyngeal fistula is equally important.
