目的评价供应室消毒质量,制定改进措施,促进供应室医院感染预防工作水平提高。方法 2006-2009年对供应室无菌物品、消毒物品、消毒物品终末漂洗用水、消毒物品包装台面、消毒物品保质期进行监测,对监测合格的进行评估总结,作为工作的准则继续执行;对监测不合格的,进行细致分析,找出问题,采取改进措施。结果 108件无菌物品、36件消毒物品监测合格;消毒物品终末漂洗用水实验监测仅用自来水漂洗的物品监测合格;消毒物品包装台面细菌总数不超标,但检出有致病菌;消毒物品保质期为一周;BD试验2次不合格。结论监测及其效果评价的实施,可以及时改进工作方法,使供应室的医院感染预防更科学有效。
Objective To evaluate the quality of disinfection in the supply room, make improvement measures and promote the improvement of hospital infection prevention in the supply room. Methods From 2006 to 2009, the supply of sterilized articles, disinfectant articles, final rinse water for disinfectant articles, table tops for disinfectant articles and the shelf life of disinfectant articles were monitored. Evaluation and assessment of the qualified persons were summarized and continued to be implemented as guidelines for the work. Unqualified, detailed analysis, identify problems and take improvement measures. Results 108 sterile items and 36 disinfectant items were tested. The final rinse water disinfection items were monitored only by rinsing with tap water. The total number of bacteria on the surface of disinfection items was not exceeded, but the pathogen was detected. The shelf life of disinfectant item was One week; BD test failed twice. Conclusion The implementation of monitoring and evaluation of effects can improve working methods in time and make hospital infection prevention in supply rooms more scientific and effective.
