目的:建立霸王花药材的HPLC指纹图谱分析方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法对10批霸王花药材进行分析。色谱条件:Phonemenex Luna PFP色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-甲醇-0.2%甲酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长为360 nm,柱温35℃。结果:10批药材的相似度均在0.92以上,建立了霸王花药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了18个共有峰,并利用对照品对照法和LC-MS法对其中的10个共有峰进行了成分指认。结论:本法准确、简便,重现性好,可用于霸王花药材的定性鉴别。
Objective: To establish the method of HPLC fingerprinting of King Flower. Methods: Ten batches of King Flower were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Phonemenex Luna PFP column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), gradient elution with acetonitrile-methanol-0.2% formic acid in water with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength at 360 nm. Results: The similarity of 10 batches of medicinal materials was above 0.92. HPLC fingerprinting of King Flower was established and 18 common peaks were identified. Among them, 10 common peaks were identified by reference substance control method and LC-MS method Ingredient identification. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple, reproducible, and can be used for qualitative identification of King Flower Medicinal materials.
