采用光合速率不同的大豆品种黑农 37(普通高产品种 )、黑农 4 0和黑农 4 1(高光效品种 ) ,分别于R3、R4 、R5、R6 和R7时期取荚进行了解剖学观察。结果表明 :1.不同光合类型品种间 ,豆荚表皮上气孔密度彼此接近 ,无明显差别 ;2 .豆荚同化组织细胞内叶绿体数目 ,高光效品种均大于普通高产品种 ,且在相同品种中豆荚叶绿体分布的密度为豆荚的两端大于豆荚的两面。在R6 时期叶绿体的体积高光效品种也大于普通高产品种。叶绿体中基粒的数目也是如此 ;3.豆荚两侧维管束密度以及腹、背部导管数目高光效品种均大于普通高产品种
The photosynthetic rate of different varieties of soybean Heinong 37 (common high-yielding varieties), black peasant 40 and black peanut 4 1 (high light efficiency varieties), respectively, in the R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 pods were taken for anatomical observation . The density of vascular bundles on both sides of pods and the number of high light-efficiency varieties in the abdomen and back of the pod were all higher than that of common high-yielding varieties
