目的 :研究口服Mr小于 5 0 0 0的猪 (SusscrofadomesticaBrisson)脾来源免疫抑制组分 (SISC p)的有效性。 方法 :通过给小鼠igSISC p ,实验其对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、迟发型超敏反应 (DTH)及绵羊红细胞 (SRBC)特异抗体生成的影响。 结果 :poSISC p对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能、DTH及SRBC特异抗体生成均有抑制作用 ,对巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响 ,较高剂量(2 0mg·kg-1)和较低剂量 (5mg·kg-1)的作用效果均不如中剂量 (10mg·kg-1) ;对DTH的影响 ,较低剂量 (3.8mg·kg-1)的作用效果较好 ;而对SRBC特异抗体生成的影响 ,则较高剂量 (2 0mg·kg-1)表现出了较好的作用效果。结论 :poSISC p对小鼠的免疫功能有抑制作用 ,但对非特异性、特异性和体液免疫功能产生抑制作用的剂量不同。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effectiveness of spleen-derived immunosuppressive components (SISC p) in pigs orally administered with less than 500 pigs (Susscrofa domestica Brisson). Methods: The mouse igSISC p was used to test its effect on phagocytosis of macrophages, DTH and SRBC-specific antibodies in mice. Results: The effect of poSISC p on the macrophage phagocytosis, DTH and SRBC-specific antibody production was inhibited by macrophage phagocytosis. The effect of poSISC p on phagocytosis of macrophages was higher (20 mg · kg -1) and lower dose · Kg-1) did not exert the same effect as the medium dose (10 mg · kg-1), while the effect on DTH was better at the lower dose (3.8 mg · kg-1) , The higher dose (20mg · kg-1) showed a good effect. Conclusion: poSISC p can inhibit the immunological function of mice, but different dosages can inhibit the nonspecific, specific and humoral immune functions.
