ＩＣＲＰ６０号出版物推荐的防护体系在辐射防护剂量学方面引入了几个重大变化。ＩＣＲＵ推荐的实用量是否仍然是防护量的合理量度成为外照射防护关注的焦点。最近发表的ＩＣＲＰ７４号出版物对此作出了结论，并推荐了新的参考换算系数。本文依据ＩＣＲＰ和ＩＣＲＵ发表的有关报告，特别是ＩＣＲＰ７４号出版物，对外照射监测中使用的量之间的关系，实用量与防护量的历史演变，以及现行推荐的防护体系中实用量代表防护量的性能，作了概念性的介绍，指出了在一些特定场合的监测中应注意的问题。
The protective system recommended by ICRP Publication No. 60 introduces several major changes in radiation protection dosimetry. Whether ICRU’s recommended utility is still a reasonable measure of the amount of protection becomes the focus of protection against external radiation. A recent publication, ICRP 74, concludes this and recommends a new reference conversion factor. Based on the reports published by the ICRP and the ICRU, in particular the relationship between the quantities used in monitoring of external exposure and the quantities used in the monitoring of external exposure, the historical evolution of utility and protection levels, and the current recommended defensive system, The concept of performance is introduced, and the problems that should be paid attention to in the monitoring of some special occasions are pointed out.
