在我国税收30年漫漫历程中,有10年与“金鑫”这个名字紧密相连。1984年～1995年,正是我国改革开放不断深化的十年,时任国家税务总局局长的金鑫同志以远见的卓识、超凡的气魄,带领全体税务干部披荆斩棘、栉风沐雨,为推动我国税收事业不断向前发展做出了卓著的贡献。今天,在隆重纪念改革开放30周年的日子里,本刊特发表两篇有关金鑫老局长的文章,一篇为金鑫老局长以自序的形式回顾自己十年的税收历程,一篇由青言撰写《聆听金鑫老局长谈税收十年》。回顾历史是为了展望未来,回顾和了解税收过去的十年有助于我们今天和明天税收事业更加蓬勃地发展。
In our long history of 30 years of tax revenue, 10 years have been closely connected with the name of “Jinxin”. From 1984 to 1995, it was exactly ten years that China’s reform and opening up deepened. When Comrade Jin Xin, then director of the State Administration of Taxation, led all tax cadres to clutching the ground with tremendous courage and foresight in order to promote the continuous development of taxation in our country Pre-development made outstanding contributions. Today, solemnly commemorating the thirtieth anniversary of the reform and opening up, this issue has published two articles about the old director of Jinxin, one for Jin Xin, director of the order to review their ten-year tax history, one written by the Green Words “Listen to the Jinxin old director talk about tax ten years.” Looking back at history to look to the future, reviewing and understanding the tax revenue over the past decade has helped us to further develop our taxation business today and tomorrow.
