在竞争日益激烈的市场经济中,酒店要想取得竞争的先机,就必须加强内部管理,将管理转化为市场竞争力。而当前由于人们物质生活的提高,对于酒店的要求也不仅仅局限在生理方面的服务,而更加注重精神层面的享受,为了迎合这种市场需求,酒店必须将科学性以及人文性融入到酒店管理当中。本文正是基于此,围绕酒店管理中科学性以及人文性的价值开展探讨,旨在不断提高酒店的服务水平,实现酒店经济效益和社会效益的双赢。
In an increasingly competitive market economy, the hotel in order to obtain the first chance of competition, we must strengthen internal management, management into market competitiveness.
