用免疫组化方法观察24例胆囊粘膜异型增生和38例胆囊腺癌中bcl-2和P16蛋白的表达。结果显示:正常胆囊粘膜中bcl-2和P16均未见表达,而胆囊粘膜上皮异型增生及胆囊腺癌阳性率较正常组织明显增加(P<0.01),bcl-2和P16蛋白的阳性率也随着异型增生程度增加而增高。P16表达与胆囊腺癌淋巴结转移有关。结果表明,bcl-2蛋白表达对胆囊腺癌的增殖有一定意义,P16在胆囊粘膜癌变和胆囊腺癌进展中起重要作用。
Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expression of bcl-2 and P16 protein in 24 cases of dysplasia of gallbladder mucosa and 38 cases of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. The results showed that there was no expression of bcl-2 and P16 in normal gallbladder mucosa, but the positive rate of gallbladder mucosa epithelial dysplasia and gallbladder adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal tissue (P<0.01), and positive for bcl-2 and P16 protein. The rate also increased with the increase in the degree of atypical hyperplasia. P16 expression is associated with lymph node metastasis of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. The results showed that the expression of bcl-2 protein has a certain significance on the proliferation of gallbladder adenocarcinoma. P16 plays an important role in the gallbladder mucosal canceration and the progression of gallbladder adenocarcinoma.
