目的:建立测定抗风湿镇痛类健康产品中非法添加吲哚美辛含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)方法。方法:选用InertSustain C_(18)(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.02mol·L~(-1)乙酸铵溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL·min~(-1),检测波长为266nm,柱温为35℃。结果:吲哚美辛在1.010~202.1μg·mL~(-1)浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数r=0.999 7,加样回收率为98.1%。13批供试品检测到非法添加吲哚美辛。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高,适用于抗风湿镇痛类健康产品中非法添加吲哚美辛的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination of indometacin illegally added in health products of anti-rheumatic and analgesic. Methods: InertSustain C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) column was used to elute with acetonitrile-0.02 mol·L -1 ammonium acetate solution as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min -1 -1), the detection wavelength was 266nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: Indomethacin showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 1.010 ~ 202.1μg · mL ~ (-1), the correlation coefficient was 0.999 7, and the recovery rate was 98.1%. 13 batches of the test product were detected illegally added indomethacin. Conclusion: The method is highly specific and sensitive, and is suitable for the determination of indomethacin illegally added in anti-rheumatoid and analgesic health products.
