针对组合夹具基础板的特点,运用Mastercam9.1软件对零件进行二维轮廓绘制,巧用图层设置,确定加工工艺,生成加工刀具轨迹,经后处理生成NC代码,结合宇龙仿真软件,对零件加工刀具轨迹和机床运动进行仿真加工,可直观看到刀具动作和材料切除,验证加工质量和正确性,同时也直观看到加工过程中的冗余动作,有助于NC代码和加工工艺的优化。
According to the characteristics of the combined fixture base plate, Mastercam9.1 software is used to draw the two-dimensional outline of the part. The layer setting is used to determine the machining process and generate the machining tool path. After the NC code is generated by post-processing, combined with Yulong simulation software, Parts machining tool path and machine tool motion simulation, you can visually see the tool movement and material removal to verify the processing quality and correctness, but also intuitive to see the process of redundant actions to help NC code and processing technology optimization.
