目的探讨T2DM合并MS与肱踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的关系。方法选择研究对象540例,根据T2DM和MS诊断标准将其分为单纯T2DM组和MS 1~3亚组,检测各组SBP、DBP、FPG、2hPG、HDL-C、LDL-C、TG、TC水平及baPWV。结果各组年龄、BMI、糖尿病病程、2hPG、HbA1c、HDL-C水平及吸烟人数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MS 1~3组baPWV较单纯T2DM组明显升高(P<0.05),且baPWV水平依次为:MS 3组>MS 2组>MS 1组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。相关分析结果显示,SBP、FPG、TG、LDL-C与baPWV相关。结论 MS患者baPWV升高,且随着MS组分增加呈上升趋势。MS可能会增加T2DM患者动脉僵硬程度及发生大血管病变的风险。baPWV检测有助于评估MS患者血管病变。
Objective To investigate the relationship between T2DM with MS and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV). Methods 540 subjects were selected and divided into two groups according to T2DM and MS diagnostic criteria: T2DM group and MS1-3 group. SBP, DBP, FPG, 2hPG, HDL-C, LDL-C, TG, TC Horizontal and baPWV. Results There were no significant differences in age, BMI, duration of diabetes, 2hPG, HbA1c, HDL-C and smoking among all groups (P> 0.05). The baPWV levels of MS 1 ~ 3 group were significantly higher than those of T2DM group (P <0.05), and the baPWV levels were MS 3> MS 2> MS 1 group (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Correlation analysis showed that SBP, FPG, TG, LDL-C and baPWV related. Conclusion The baPWV in patients with MS is increased and increases with the increase of MS components. MS may increase the degree of arterial stiffness and the risk of macrovascular disease in patients with T2DM. baPWV test can help assess vascular disease in MS patients.
