电磨齿轮是一种针对汽车机床类型高速动力齿轮而研究的新工艺。由大连工学院机械制造教研室从1955年开始研究,曾在大连工学院学刊1955年第5期及1957年第2期发表过当时研究结果,本文主要叙述58年后工作结果;到目前为止刀具耗损问题已得到初步解决,经过500多个齿轮加工试验证明,这种工艺设备简单,要求不高,但能加工出精度很高(子傅动平稳性精度在一级以上)、噪音很低的齿轮。以剃齿高频淬火后的齿轮作为毛坯,经过电磨后,齿形基节等精度有相应提高,噪音平均降低6.8分贝。本文着重叙述降低刀具耗损方面的研究成果,并通过试验数据分析电磨齿轮精度特点及其所以能降低噪音的原因,并推荐;(1)剃齿——高频淬火——电磨;(2)热轧——冷轧——高频淬火——电磨; (3)滚齿——淬火——电磨三种齿形加工工艺路线,作为当前噪音问题尚未满意解决的中等模数高速动力齿轮之新工艺方案,也可作为解决小厂设备缺乏的途径。
Electric grinding gear is a new technology for the research of high speed power gear of automobile machine type.
