针对西安地铁穿越地裂缝特殊地质灾害地段,采用新型轨道结构——可调式框架板整体道床,可以有效解决西安地裂缝对轨道结构造成的影响。通过工程实践,不断优化设计和创新工艺工法,取得了较好的技术效益。同时通过对各施工工序的科学安排,可弥补可调式框架板道床施工周期长的缺陷,进一步发展了地铁轨道穿越特殊地质灾害地段的轨道技术方案。
Aiming at the special geological disaster area where Xi’an metro passes through ground fissures, the new track structure - adjustable frame plate monolithic track bed can effectively solve the impact of ground fissures in Xi’an on track structure. Through engineering practice, continuous optimization of the design and innovation of craftsmanship, and achieved good technical benefits. At the same time, the scientific arrangement of each construction process can make up for the short construction period of the adjustable frame slab bed and further develop the orbital technical scheme of the subway track crossing the special geological disaster.
