学生学习语文的目标自然重在熟练地掌握听、说、读、写的技能,会熟练运用语言进行口头的和书面的社会交际。而掌握这项技能的关键在于训练。理解、积累、表达是语文训练的三个维度,然而在实际教学中不能平均使用力量,必须依据儿童认识水平和语言学习规律来平衡各年龄段训练重点。通过捕捉和活化教材的实践性因子、创设和组织交际情境或话题情境、营造和调控自由和谐的教学氛围、坚决远离和摒弃“作秀”四个方面在实践中练就鲜活的言语,提高言语表达能力。
