维生素D是一种有利于促进人体组织细胞生长发育的溶脂性类固醇衍生物,主要包括维生素D2(麦角骨化醇)与维生素D3(胆骨化醇)。维生素D缺乏佝偻病的发病机制为:由于人体缺乏维生素D,体内无法正常完成钙磷代谢,最终致使生长期骨组织矿化不全,发生骨骼病变为特征的全身性慢性影响性疾病。为促进儿童健康成长,降低佝偻病发病率,对小儿佝偻病的预防对策进行相关研究很有必要。
