目的 :研究硒对体外大鼠胚胎中脑神经细胞生长的影响。方法 :用原代培养大鼠胚胎中脑神经细胞 ,MTT法检测不同浓度硒作用下神经细胞的存活率 ;透射电镜观察法定性检测细胞凋亡。结果 :低浓度 (≤ 5μmol/ L)的硒对神经细胞的生长无明显影响 ,高浓度的硒 (≥ 1 0 μmol/L)可降低细胞存活率。结论 :硒可能通过诱发神经细胞凋亡而降低细胞存活率
Objective: To study the effect of selenium on the growth of neural stem cells in rat midbrain in vitro. Methods: Primary cultured rat embryonic midbrain neurons were cultured. MTT assay was used to detect the survival rate of neurons under different concentrations of selenium. Transmission electron microscopy was used to detect apoptosis. Results: Selenium (≤5μmol / L) had no significant effect on the growth of nerve cells. High concentration of selenium (≥10μmol / L) could reduce the cell survival rate. Conclusion: Selenium may reduce the cell viability by inducing neuronal apoptosis
