浙江警察学院金诚教授的最新专著《新生代农民工犯罪问题研究》,近日由人民出版社出版发行。该书的出版获得国家社科基金项目和教育部人文社科项目的资助。该书以社会分化理论为理论假设,采取定量和定性相结合的实证研究方法,对浙江省若干所监狱正在服刑的罪犯进行分层随机抽样。研究发现:外出农民工是样本中占比最高的犯罪群体;从代际差异看,外出农民工一代是最主要的犯罪群体,其次是新生代农民工;外出农民工的暴力犯罪率高于其他群体;从代际差异看,新生代农民工的暴力犯罪率高于外出农民工一代;而 Zhejiang Police College Professor Jin Cheng latest monograph “new generation of migrant workers crime research”, recently published by the People’s Publishing House. The publication of this book is supported by the National Social Science Fund Project and the Humanities and Social Science Project of the Ministry of Education. Taking the theory of social differentiation as its theoretical hypothesis, this book takes a quantitative and qualitative combination of empirical research methods and stratified random sampling of prisoners serving sentences in several prisons in Zhejiang Province. The study found that migrant workers migrant workers are the most important criminal groups in the sample.
