为探讨重组白细胞介素6(IL-6)和全反式维甲酸(RA)诱导肝癌细胞凋亡的作用,用流式细胞仪测定IL-6和RA对HdeG2肝癌细胞的细胞周期动力学和凋亡诱导率的影响。结果表明IL-6和RA作用于细胞周期的S期,抑制肝癌细胞的DNA合成。IL-6诱发细胞凋亡率显著高于RA的作用,此效应与其作用时间和剂量有关。提示IL-6可促进体外培养的肝癌细胞凋亡,抑制其DNA合成。但需进一步探讨IL-6治疗肝癌的可能性及其价值。
To investigate the effects of recombinant interleukin 6 (IL-6) and all-trans retinoic acid (RA)-induced apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells, the cell cycle kinetics of IL-6 and RA on HdeG2 hepatoma cells was measured by flow cytometry. Effect of apoptosis induction rate. The results indicate that IL-6 and RA act on the S phase of the cell cycle and inhibit the DNA synthesis of hepatoma cells. IL-6 induced apoptosis was significantly higher than that of RA, and this effect was related to its duration and dose. It is suggested that IL-6 can promote apoptosis of hepatoma cells in vitro and inhibit DNA synthesis. However, the possibility and value of IL-6 in treating liver cancer need to be further explored.
