采用砂培实验方法,研究了不同水平氮锌配施对黑麦草生长和生理生化特性的影响,结果表明,无论是在低锌还是在足量供锌条件下,随施氮水平增加,黑麦草氮代谢和清除活性氧的能力、IAA和Gas含量增加,ABA和MDA含量下降,氮锌配施对生长和元素吸收均表现为协同效应。在判断氮锌复合作用类型时,应区分生长量变化引起的“浓缩效应”和“稀释效应”,单凭浓度变化不能确定氮锌复合作用的类型。应以生长量和吸收量变化来确定氮锌复合作用的类型。
The effects of different levels of nitrogen and zinc fertilizers on the growth and physiological and biochemical characteristics of ryegrass were studied using sand culture experiment. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen application rate, Nitrogen metabolism and scavenging of reactive oxygen species, IAA and Gas content increased, ABA and MDA content decreased, nitrogen and zinc combination of growth and elemental absorption showed a synergistic effect. In determining the type of nitrogen-zinc complex, we should distinguish between “concentration effect” and “dilution effect” caused by the change of growth volume, and it is impossible to determine the type of compounding action of nitrogen and zinc alone based on the concentration change. The amount of growth and absorption should be determined to determine the type of zinc and zinc complex.
