本文对西宁地区(海拔2260m)39孕周~≥42孕周分娩的胎盘绒毛滋养层基底膜平均厚度进行休视学计量,并与平原南京地区胎盘绒毛作比较,结果发现,西宁地区胎盘绒毛滋养层基底膜在40孕周时显著增厚(P<0.05),说明胎盘已发生老化;一原组滋养层基底膜在≥42孕周时才明显增厚。提示:西宁地区胎盘比平原胎盘提前发生老化,可能与高原地区低氧环境有关。
In this paper, we measured the average thickness of placental trophoblast basal lamina in 39 gestational weeks ~ 42 gestational weeks in Xining (2260m above sea level), and compared them with the placenta villi in Nanjing plains. The results showed that placental villus nourishment Basement membrane thickening at 40 weeks of gestation (P <0.05), indicating that the placenta has been aging; a group of trophoblast basement membrane in the 42 weeks of gestation was significantly thicker. Tip: Placenta in Xining placenta premature aging than placenta may be related to the hypoxic environment in the plateau.
