本文对22例窒息患儿生后七天内血皮质醇(F)和醛固酮(A)进行动态测定,并随机选择10例患儿给予地塞米松每次0.5~1mg/kg治疗。结果提示:1.新生儿肾上腺皮质分泌功能已趋成熟,并有较好的应激能力,但其调节能力较差。2.激素治疗造成血F进一步升高,加重了本已存在的水平紊乱,在并发症方面,治疗组(尤其使用≥5天者)发生了30%的严重感染,而对照组无类似情况、故我们综合国内,外文献,建议小剂量地塞米松对窒息患儿的治疗是没有必要的,结果只能是弊大于利。
