本文通过热线流速仪测得进气管内流速,利用特征线法计算高速四冲程单缸柴油机在稳定工况、加速工况、减速工况时各循环充气效率的变化.结果表明:在加速过程中,其充气效率比相应稳态转速时的充气效率要低.此外,本文还通过测量气缸压力和油管压力,研究了充气效率、供油量和平均指示压力之间的关系.
In this paper, the hot air flowmeter was used to measure the flow rate in the intake manifold and the characteristic line method was used to calculate the change of charge efficiency in each cycle of the high-speed four-stroke single-cylinder diesel engine under steady working conditions, accelerating working conditions and decelerating working conditions.The results show that during the acceleration process , The inflatable efficiency is lower than that of corresponding steady state speed.In addition, this paper also studies the relationship between inflatable efficiency, fuel supply and average indicated pressure by measuring cylinder pressure and tubing pressure.
