教育实践中,学困生的存在是非常现实和普遍的,作为初中九年级才开始为学生所接触的化学课,毫不例外地也存在着学困生,学困生的存在一定程度上影响了整体教学质量的提高,因此,认识学困生产生的原因,积极转化学困生,对提高教育教学质量具有重要的意义。笔者在长期的初中化学教学工作第一线,对初中化学学困生问题做了一些总结和反思,取得了较好的效果。下面结合本学科实际,谈谈自己的一些体会。
