立焊时,通常是用大块的铜作容纳渣池和熔池的水冷却滑块。而这样的滑块,重量大,成本高,并且因为刚性大,滑块对板材的错边及不平度的适应性也较差,制作时间又长。曾想用铝制作重量轻的滑块,但很难同时做到重量轻、成本低和刚性小。现根据重量轻、成本低、刚性小和制作容易四个原则,设计了一种新型冷却滑块。设计只在滑块的表面和两端使用铜,其余部分使用碳铜。滑块表面使用的铜板厚1.6~3.2毫米,碳钢板厚1.6毫米。设计如图1。采用骨架有两个作用:防
