从马钢B高炉2012年7-8月发生的中心气流不足和炉缸堆积等炉况入手,分析了该炉况的特征和失常的原因。采用中心加焦、加强炉前出铁等一系列方法,最终消除了中心气流不足和炉缸堆积等不良炉况,全焦负荷由3.90恢复至4.40并保持炉况稳定。结合此案例探讨了完善高炉操作制度、保持高炉生产长期稳定顺行的方法。
Starting from July-August 2012 in Masteel B blast furnace, the condition of lack of gas flow and accumulation of hearth and cylinder were analyzed. The characteristics of the furnace and the causes of the malfunction were analyzed. Adopting a series of methods, such as centering coke and strengthening the front of the furnace, finally eliminated the unfavorable gas flow conditions, such as the lack of air flow in the center and the accumulation of the hearth. The all-focus load recovered from 3.90 to 4.40 and maintained a stable furnace condition. Combining with this case, the methods of perfecting blast furnace operation system and maintaining long-term and stable blast furnace production are discussed.
