为了研究不同营养条件对二形栅藻生长及生化组分的影响,本研究设置了3种不同的培养条件(BG11、BG11+DW、DW)进行研究。结果表明:二形栅藻在两阶段法(BG11+DW)培养下的生物质产率、总碳水化合物和总脂含量均最高,分别达到了0.045 g/(L·d)、37.4μg/mL和305.0μg/mL。3种不同培养条件下二形栅藻的脂肪酸组成相似,以C16和C18脂肪酸为主,饱和脂肪酸和单不饱和脂肪酸含量均在80%以上,特别是在两阶段法培养下,其含量达到了90.73%,表明二形栅藻是生物柴油生产的合适原料。
In order to study the effects of different nutrient conditions on the growth and biochemical components of Asterophyte, three different culture conditions (BG11, BG11 + DW, DW) were set up in this study. The results showed that the biomass yield, total carbohydrate and total lipid content of Asterodendron bungei reached the highest values of 0.045 g / (L · d) and 37.4 μg / mL respectively under the two-stage method (BG11 + DW) And 305.0 μg / mL. Under the three different culture conditions, the content of fatty acid was similar in Cydonia bungeana, C16 and C18 fatty acids were the main components, the content of saturated fatty acid and monounsaturated fatty acid were more than 80%, especially in two-stage culture 90.73%, indicating that two-shaped grid algae is a suitable raw material for biodiesel production.
