对汽包的几何安装尺寸的要求 ,在所有受热面设备中是最高的。在标高找正过程中 ,实现汽包左、右侧中心等高较易做到 ,实现汽包旋转 ,达到水平度要求就不那么容易了。通过实践在汽包标高较高一侧采用塔吊 ,并施以 8t左右的力轻吊 ,另一侧用 2个 2 0t倒链提拉 ,可使汽包的不水平度控制在 0 .5mm范围内 ;汽包吊装找正后 ,与其相连的诸如下降管等外加负荷 ,将会造成汽包沉降。经验作法 :对于东方锅炉厂汽包预留 8mm ;上海锅炉厂、哈尔滨锅炉厂汽包预留 7mm ,可消除沉降误差。
