岗位设置是我国事业单位人事制度改革的重要内容之一,科学合理的岗位设置对事业单位工作效率产生重要影响。本文从当前事业单位岗位设置现状出发,意在探究其存在的问题,进而提出针对性的改进意见,以期促进我国事业单位人事改革更进一步。
Job setting is one of the important contents of the personnel system reform in public institutions in China. Scientific and rational job setting has an important impact on the work efficiency of public institutions. Based on the status quo of the post establishment of the current public institutions, this article aims to explore the existing problems and then put forward some suggestions for improvement so as to further promote personnel reform in public institutions in our country.
