It is said that as early as the ancient Greek era, some people raised the question of whether there was chicken or eggs first. Since the eggs are chickens and the chickens are hatched from the eggs, the problem seems to be a circle and it is impossible to find a clue. Thousands of years have passed, and although no correct answer has been obtained yet, the problem has gradually deepened. Someone once asked similar questions: Are there germplasm or constitution first? Are there first nucleus or first cytoplasm? Formally, these questions seem to be different, but discerning people can find that they have to some extent , are all different ways of evolution of the same issue, and they are just like a circle. In the 1950s, when the famous British scientist Bernard made an academic report at the Moscow University, he asked the Soviet biochemist Obelin a question: Nucleic acids and proteins in the end.
