目的:了解915名企业科技工作者职业倦怠的现状及其与社会支持的关系,为引起社会对科技工作者身心健康水平的关注,并提出改善企业科技工作者职业倦怠水平提出意见和建议。方法:本文采用Maslach的工作倦怠量表、肖水源的社会支持评定量表对915名企业科技工作者进行问卷调查与分析。结果:(1)89.6%的企业科技工作者的职业倦怠水平较低,但存在人口学变量上的差异;(2)企业科技工作者的职业倦怠与社会支持存在显著的负相关(r=-0.303,-0.233,-0.223,-0.230;P<0.01);(3)回归分析显示,职业倦怠和婚姻状况对社会支持具有18.5%预测作用(F=51.607,P<0.001);职业倦怠和年龄对社会支持具有15.6%的预测作用(F=42.103,P<0.001);职业倦怠和职称对社会支持具有13.7%的预测作用(F=36.058,P<0.001)。结论:社会支持对职业倦怠具有显著的负向预测作用,建构企业科技工作者社会支持体系是预防职业倦怠的重要保障。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the current situation of job burnout and its relationship with social support in 915 enterprises and to provide suggestions and suggestions for arousing the concern of society about the physical and mental health of science and technology workers, and to improve the level of job burnout of enterprises. Methods: This paper uses Maslach’s job burnout scale and Xiao Shuiyuan’s social support rating scale to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis on 915 enterprise technology workers. Results: (1) 89.6% of enterprise science and technology workers have low level of job burnout, but there are differences in demographic variables; (2) There is a significant negative correlation between job burnout and social support of enterprise technology workers (r = Regression analysis showed that occupational burnout and marital status had a 18.5% predictive value for social support (F = 51.607, P <0.001); job burnout and age There was a predictive value of 15.6% for social support (F = 42.103, P <0.001). Job burnout and job title had a 13.7% predictive value for social support (F = 36.058, P <0.001). Conclusion: Social support plays a significant negative predictive role in job burnout. Constructing a social support system for enterprise technology workers is an important guarantee for preventing job burnout.
