目的建立宁波市居民尿硫氰酸盐(USCN)参考值范围,为丙烯腈(ACN)从业人员健康监护评价提供科学依据。方法收集在宁波市居住3年以上的ACN从业人员(A组)和化工区辐射5公里之内居民(B组)及远离化工区10公里之外居民(C组)的晨尿,用吡啶-巴比妥酸自动测定法检测USCN,同时测定尿肌酐含量。结果男、女2组USCN水平比较,校正前及校正后差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为3.06、3.23,P<0.05)。校正前及校正后A组、B组、C组人群之间USCN水平差异均无统计学意义(F值分别为2.817、1.251,P>0.05),同组人群校正前及校正后USCN水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸烟组与非吸烟组校正后USCN水平随着吸烟量的增加呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(F=95.76,P<0.05)。结论宁波市健康人群校正后USCN正常参考值:吸烟人群为2.07 mg/g Cr,非吸烟人群为1.32 mg/g Cr。
Objective To establish a reference range of urinary thiocyanate (USCN) for residents in Ningbo, and to provide a scientific basis for the health monitoring evaluation of ACN practitioners. Methods Morning urine collected from ACN practitioners (group A) who lived in Ningbo city for more than 3 years and residents within 5 km (group B) in the chemical industry and inhabitants (group C) away from the chemical industry zone 10 km away from each other were treated with pyridine - Urinary creatinine was determined simultaneously with the detection of USCN by barbituric acid autoassay. Results There were significant differences in the levels of USCN between the male and female 2 groups before and after correction (t = 3.06, 3.23, P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the level of USCN before and after correction between group A, group B and group C (F = 2.817,1.251, P> 0.05). Before and after correction, the difference of USCN between the two groups There was statistical significance (P <0.05). After correction, the level of USCN in smoking group and non-smoking group increased with the increase of smoking amount, the difference was statistically significant (F = 95.76, P <0.05). Conclusions After adjustment, the normal USCN values of healthy people in Ningbo are 2.07 mg / g Cr for smokers and 1.32 mg / g Cr for non-smokers.
