目的:建立导数光谱法、测定速效伤风胶囊中对乙酰氨基酚含量。方法:以0.01mol·L~(-1)氢氧化钠为溶剂,在200~350nm波长范围内测定一阶导数光谱。结果:对乙酰氨基酚浓度在10~30μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好。回归方程D=1.864 2C—0.457,r= 0.999 8,n=5,平均回收率99.9%,RSD=0.4%。结论:有效排除了其它成分的干扰,方法简便快速,准确可行。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a derivative spectrometry method for the determination of acetaminophen in Quick-acting Shangfeng capsule. Methods: The first derivative spectra were measured in the wavelength range from 200 nm to 350 nm with 0.01 mol·L -1 sodium hydroxide as solvent. Results: Acetaminophen concentration in the range of 10 ~ 30μg · ml ~ (-1) good linear relationship. Regression equation D = 1.864 2C-0.457, r = 0.999 8, n = 5, the average recovery of 99.9%, RSD = 0.4%. Conclusion: The interference of other components can be effectively eliminated. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
