堆石坝填筑质量管理,通常采用挖坑取样测压实干密度的方法来检测施工质量.这种方法存在着采样率低、测试周期长、测试精度差及试验成本高等缺点.无损检测堆石坝填筑质量的新仪器,是以表面波在填筑材料中传播速度与压实干密度具有良好相关性为依据研究成功的,通过在十三陵抽水蓄能电站上池面板堆石坝坝体填筑施工中应用表明:采用该仪器具有不破坏填筑层表面,试验准备工作及仪器安装操作简单,测试结果与碾压层压实干密度具有良好的相关性,仪器读数稳定,以及能适应较差的现场条件等优点,能实现对工程施工质量进行全面正确检测管理.
