对冷作模具钢进行了完全退火、淬火和回火热处理,研究了热处理工艺对冷作模具钢组织与硬度性能的影响。结果表明,铸态冷作模具钢的铸态组织为马氏体+索氏体组织;在完全退火态下的碳化物粒子和高碳化合物都发生了聚集球化现象,分布较为均匀;当淬火温度为940℃,回火温度分别为250℃和500℃时,冷作模具钢分别得到了回火马氏体和回火索氏体组织,硬度分别为61.7 HRC和52.6 HRC。
The cold working die steel was annealed completely, quenched and tempered. The effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and hardness of cold-worked die steel were studied. The results show that the as-cast microstructure of as-cast cold work die steel is martensite + sorbite. The aggregated spheroidization of carbide particles and high-carbon compounds in the fully annealed state occurs and the distribution is more uniform. When the temperature is 940 ℃ and the tempering temperature is 250 ℃ and 500 ℃ respectively, the tempered martensite and tempered sorbite are obtained respectively in cold work die steel with hardness of 61.7 HRC and 52.6 HRC respectively.
