“好孩子是夸出来的。”的确,表扬是一种易于使用且能有效激发学生学习动机的方法。但一味的表扬会不会使学生产生错觉呢?教学中要不要批评?学生犯错时,我们应该用什么样的批评艺术达到教育的目的呢?众多的疑问,带来深深的思考。一、教学中应该有表扬也有批评小学生喜欢表扬,哪怕是一点微小的赞美,都会带来无穷的动力。正如心理学所说,合理的表扬犹如灵丹妙药,让学生吃上这剂良药就可以根除犯错顽疾,带来的教育效果就更佳。因此,教学中,教师要充分应用表扬的艺术,给学生信心和动力。但学生也有犯错的时候,所以,不要抛弃批评
