目的:探讨丹栀逍遥丸对慢性应激抑郁大鼠的影响。方法:采用孤养结合慢性不可预见应激法建立抑郁大鼠模型。将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组,丹栀逍遥丸高、中、低剂量组(分别为2、1、0.5g/kg),比较各组大鼠的游泳不动时间、旷野实验运动评分以及海马组织脑源性神经营养因子(Brainderived Neurotrophic Factor,BDNF)和血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)蛋白表达情况。结果:丹栀逍遥丸可有效缩短抑郁大鼠游泳不动时间,提高抑郁大鼠旷野实验水平运动评分和垂直运动评分,增加海马组织中BDNF和VEGF蛋白表达。结论:丹栀逍遥丸可减轻慢性应激抑郁大鼠症状,促进海马组织中BDNF和VEGF表达有可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill on chronic stress-induced depression in rats. Methods: The depressive rat model was established by solitary combined with chronic unpredictable stress. The rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Danzhixiaoyao Pill high, medium and low dose groups (2,1,0.5 g / kg respectively), swimming time in each group were compared, wilderness experimental exercise Score and the expression of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in hippocampus. Results: Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill can effectively shorten swimming immobility time in depressive rats, increase experimental horizontal motion score and vertical motion score, and increase BDNF and VEGF protein in hippocampus of depressed rats. Conclusion: Danzhi Xiaoyao Pill can alleviate the symptoms of chronic stress depression in rats, and promote the expression of BDNF and VEGF in the hippocampus may be one of the mechanisms.
