分析了太阳翼展开机构可靠性方面的若干问题。首先,建立了太阳翼展开机构在随机载荷和极端载荷条件下的系统可靠性模型,以及太阳翼可靠性随时间变化的模型。其次,对太阳翼可靠性分配方法进行了讨论,并针对太阳翼的结构特点,采用综合评分分配方法与等分配方法相结合的方法,对太阳翼展开机构各单元的可靠度进行分配。其有关方法可供卫星太阳翼展开机构的可靠性设计、可靠性分配参考。
The problems of solar wing deployment mechanism reliability are analyzed. First, the system reliability model of the sun wing deployment mechanism under stochastic loading and extreme loading conditions and the model of the reliability of the sun wing over time are established. Secondly, the reliability allocation method of solar wing is discussed. According to the structural characteristics of the solar wing, the reliability of each unit of the solar wing deployment mechanism is distributed by the method of combining the total score distribution method with the equal distribution method.
