角色是指社会对一个处于特定地位的人的行为期待。是围绕一定的社会地位、身份或职位去进行活动时所依循的规范及模式。档案部门领导班子中存在着不同的角色,如党务工作者、行政工作者和群众团体工作者:“局长”和“书记”、“正职”和“副职”、“一线”和“二线”等。要演好这些角色,不仅要求领导具有较高的素质,即基本功,而且要求领导者具有良好的领导方法和艺术,也就是“演技”。本文仅就档案部门领导班子中正职和副职角色的扮演谈一点粗浅的看法,不妥之处望批评指正。
