辽宁是向南方输送菜用大豆品种的大省,研究不同类型、不同熟期的菜用大豆,对这些品种进行比较,鉴定、评价适宜本地区种植的菜用大豆品种,对发展高效农业具有重要意义。本试验将30个不同来源材料在沈阳地区种植,测定光合性状、形态性状、产量性状、外观品质等17个性状的遗传变异,产量性状和外观品质性状等18个性状的遗传变异,应用多元统计方法对这些性状进行聚类分析,探索菜用大豆性状间的相互制约和协同关系,为开展菜用大豆育种提供理论依据。根据主成分聚类,为供试品种的利用提供了依据。供
Liaoning is a big province that transports vegetable soybean varieties to the south. Studying vegetable varieties with different types and matures, comparing and identifying these cultivars is of great importance to the development of high-efficiency agriculture significance. In this study, 30 different sources of materials were planted in Shenyang. The genetic variation of 18 traits such as photosynthetic traits, morphological traits, yield traits, appearance quality and other 17 traits were determined. Multivariate statistics Methods Cluster analysis of these traits, to explore the mutual restraint and synergy between the vegetable soybean traits, provide a theoretical basis for the development of vegetable soybean breeding.
