目的:研究朝鲜白头翁Pulsatilla cernua(Thunb.)Bercht.et Opiz.根中皂苷类化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、D101大孔吸附树脂、循环制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并通过化学方法和波谱手段鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从朝鲜白头翁干燥根70%乙醇提取物中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(1),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(2),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(3),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(4),齐墩果酸3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(5),齐墩果酸3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(6),常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(7),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(8),常春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→4)]-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(9),常春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→3)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基-28-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷(10)。结论:化合物2为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物9为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of saponins in Pulsatilla cernua (Thunb.) Bercht. Et Opiz. Methods: The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, D101 macroporous adsorption resin and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structures of the compounds were identified by chemical methods and spectroscopic methods. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of the dried root of Pulsatilla wallichii and identified as 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside (I), oleanolic acid 3-O- α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) α-L-arabinopyranoside (3), Ivy saponin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 3) α-L-arabinopyranosyl (4), oleanolic acid 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 3) α-L-arabinopyranoside (5), oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (6), Ivy saponin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranosyl Glucopyranoside (7), Ivy saponin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 4) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-P Dhamnosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-D Glucoside (8), Ivy saponin 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) - [β-D-glucopyranosyl -Glucopyranosyl-28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (9) Glucopyranosyl (1 → 3) -α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 2) -α-L-arabinopyranosyl-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl (1 → 4) -β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10). Conclusion: Compound 2 was isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 9 was isolated from this plant for the first time.
