杨军,1970年出生,1991年6月参加工作,1999年10月加入中国共产党,历任绛县安峪镇科技副镇长,镇党委副书记、纪委书记,2005年6月调任县水务局工会主席(副科级)。2012年11月,杨军利用负责大交镇集中供水改扩建工程之便,安排该项目部法定代表人王某与县建筑公司签订了虚假施工合同,实际上却将该工程交由大交镇集中供水站站长王某施工,并通过建筑公司账户转出由县水务局拨付 Yang Jun, born in 1970, joined the work in June 1991 and joined the Communist Party of China in October 1999.
