In the determination of antibiotic activity by the agar diffusion method, some Bacillus cells are generally used as test bacteria because they can simplify the experiment. In order to obtain a biological method before accelerating the determination of antibiotic activity, the authors studied the Bacillus sp. Bs.subtilis and Bac.mycoides.
