采用离体灌流孵育的方法研究了17β-雌二醇(E2)对鲤鱼脑垂体生长激素(GH)分泌的影响.结果表明:1μmol/LE2作用于性腺成熟期鲤鱼脑垂体碎片30min后,GH基础分泌显著提高,2h后达到最大值,随后逐步下降,4h后GH基础分泌水平与作用前无显著性差异.用E2(1μmol/L)进行10~12h的过夜孵育,GH的基础分泌无显著性变化,但影响了脑垂体对LHRH-A和TRH刺激的反应性,对前者有抑制作用,对后者有促进作用
The effect of 17β-estradiol (E2) on the secretion of growth hormone (GH) in pituitary gland of common carp was studied by means of perfusion in vitro. The results showed that the basal secretion of GH was significantly increased after 1 μmol / LE2 treatment for 30 min in the carp pituitary gonads, reaching a maximum at 2 h and then gradually decreasing. After 4 h, there was no significant difference in GH basal secretion between the two groups. With E2 (1μmol / L) for 10 ~ 12h overnight incubation, basal secretion of GH had no significant change, but affected the pituitary response to LHRH-A and TRH stimulation, the former has an inhibitory effect on the latter enhancement
