自1995年来我院应用西地碘片(华素片)治疗鹅口疮患者30例,收到满意效果,现报道如下。 30例患者,男10例,女20例,年龄7天～5岁,病程1～10天,临床表现为唇、舌、颊部的粘膜充血,有凝乳状斑块,患儿多拒食,发热。取假膜作直接镜检可发现菌丝与芽胞。治疗方法:将西地碘片研成粉末状,用棉棒蘸少许均匀涂搽于患处,每日四至六次。结果:用药3～5天后全部痊愈。
