利用TEM、SEM、TLP试验机、X射线衍射仪研究了高碳铬轴承钢球冷作硬化后的显微组织形态和亚结构。结果表明,钢球经860℃淬火,175℃回火3h后,再经5h加压强化,具有最佳接触疲劳寿命。
The microstructure and substructure of high carbon chrome bearing balls after cold work hardening were studied by TEM, SEM, TLP and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the steel ball quenched at 860 ℃, tempering at 175 ℃ for 3h, and then strengthened by 5h, has the best contact fatigue life.
